ever six short modules you'll learn how to disconnect from the noise around you when it tells you that you're not thin enough, muscular enough, smooth enough, young enough, just not good enough. Learn to tune in to why these messages make you feel this way and then grow the skills you need to bounce back. I'll teach you how to:

MODULE #1
Start to view your body as a functional, creative tool, rather than an ornament to be judgedon the way it looks.
We’ll be going through a real-life case study of somebody who used cognitive based therapy skills to challenge negietive body talk as well as how to practice gratitude therapy.
MODULE #2
I'll take you through the foundations of self compassion, something many mums lack due to all the demands of modern motherhood.
We'll be breaking down why a healthy body doesn't come in just one size or shape.
MODULE #3
We'll llook at skills and techniques based in cognitive behavioural therapy, which will encourage you to challenge your own and society's beliefs about your body.
MODULE #4
We'll look at the effects of the media on our body image (get this as a free sample lesson HERE).
Build your resilience to what the media throws at you by learning practical ways to critique what you see on the screens in front of you including how to pick apart the messaging behind the ads.
MODULE #5
The wake up call- life is short! Don't let somebody else's beauty standards stop you from living the one life you've been gifted.
We'll learn about how to climb out of the comparrison trap, one that we all find ourselves in but something that many of us struggle to break free from easily.
MODULE #6
It's time to put all these jigsaw pieces together!
We’re going to look at real life case studies and how the women in these scenarios set boundaries and worked through their challenging body image thoughts using the skills taught throughout the previous lessons.
